Members Together is a group of UNISON activists and supporters who share a simple belief: our union works best when it puts members first. We came together because too many members felt unheard, and too much energy in recent years has been lost to internal political battles rather than improving the lives of the people UNISON represents.

A focus on pay, job security, and workplace rights — the issues that matter most to members.
A positive, constructive approach that cuts through division and puts the union’s purpose back at the centre.

Members Together was created by like‑minded UNISON members who want to rebuild trust, strengthen the union, and make sure every member feels represented. We believe UNISON has enormous power to improve working lives — but only when we work collaboratively and stay focused on what matters.

We are determined to tackle the challenges facing members today, from low pay to insecure work. Everything we do is guided by one principle: UNISON Members come first.
For too long external political influences have been allowed to dominate the unions leadership. Members Together will only be influenced by the views of members - We put UNISON Members first.
